SAGAX REAL ESTATE SOCIMI TO BE LISTED ON EURONEXT ACCESS PARIS
325 million of the shares in Sagax Real Estate SOCIMI S.A. will be listed on the Euronext Access Paris on 15 June. The shares will be listed through a technical listing, without the need for a public offering.
Sagax Real Estate SOCIMI S.A. is a property company whose business concept is to invest in commercial properties in Spain, primarily in the warehouse and light industry segment. Sagax Real Estate SOCIMI S.A.’s property holdings per 31 March 2022 amounted to 441,000 square metres, distributed over 117 properties.
