Good business ethics is a basic requirement for Sagax's credibility.
The company has a responsibility to both owners and staff, customers and other partners to act correctly with regard to current legislation and regulations in the company's various markets. The company's ambition is to be transparent and the business must also endure a review.
Sagax has zero tolerance against corruption, discrimination, harassment, crime and environmental violations. In order to reduce the risks and to maintain confidence in the business, it is important that suspected irregularities are detected and remedied at an early stage.
Every employee or contractor shall report any suspicion of violation of Sagax's Code of Conduct for suppliers, other policies or in case of suspicion of fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing.
There are different ways of communicating a suspicion, but in common to them all, the handling of incoming messages is always confidential.
Sagax recommends that an employee who suspects that there are irregularities primarily contact their superior or Sagax management.
